Walk 14 miles I did after buying these shoes worked my legs 50% harder than any other shoe and I was much more spent. It took me a whole day to recover from that journey, against half a day by a walk 14 miles above.
These shoes worked my legs more difficult, no doubt. My husband also commented on how much more toned and close my legs looked! Being over 40 which means a lot.
